Glenn Milus, Jr. CPA - Chief Executive Officer
Born and raised in Los Angeles, CA Glenn obtained his Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Loyola Marymount University (LMU). While studying Accounting, he founded the Student Business Organization. Upon graduating from LMU, Glenn sharpened his financial skills taking a position at a public accounting firm, Moss Adams LLP. Moss Adams provided Glenn with solid expertise in Business Assurance, Taxation and Royalty Accounting. After obtaining his CPA license at the young age of 23 (the youngest at his firm), he decided to develop a different skill set in the private sector performing financial analysis for a $1.5 Billion dollar division of Honeywell Inc. To add to his list of professional designations Glenn is also a licensed insurance broker with the State of California.

In addition, Glenn has committed his time to community involvement. In his spare time he serves as a member on the board of directors for the “Dare To Dream” Foundation the non-profit organization sponsored by Hidden Beach Records (Michael Jordan’s record label) focused on providing inner-city youth with creative outlets and mentoring to achieve their life dreams. Now having created MindLab, Glenn uses the skill set that he developed from both the Public and Private arenas to serve clients. The diversity in his background serves to the advantage of MindLab clients, as Glenn not only understands the big picture in managing a business, but also has the passion and patience to understand the details.


Reid Rogers MBA - President
Reid has developed a different set of skills that complements the overall service structure of Mindlab’s portfolio. Having attended Penn State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. Throughout his college years he remained proactive about achieving his goals in sharpening his financial skills and knowledge through various internships with Walt Disney Studios and Philip Morris. Upon completion of his studies at Penn State he accepted strategic positions at Lucent Technologies performing Mergers & Acquisitions analyses and mastering valuation techniques for various multi-billion dollar acquisition deals in an investment banking environment. To complement this experience he progressed into a Corporate Strategy position with the Lucent developing strategic plans and analysis serving as internal consultant to the senior executive team. While performing these functions he simultaneously pursued his graduate degree, attending Babson College where he earned a Masters of Business Administration Degree with an emphasis Finance and minor in Accounting.

Rich France CPA, MBA – Senior Executive Consultant
A native of New York City, Rich began his dynamic professional career in the areas of Corporate Accounting, Business Development, and Audit Services with Ingersoll-Rand Company. In these roles, he enhanced his financial management and international skill sets by gaining responsibilities such as developing the company’s annual shareholder report, and supporting the corporation’s compliance requirements with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Also, in his Business Development role Rich conducted various financial and business valuation analysis for billion dollar acquisition targets, as well as lead post acquisition investment reviews in international markets such as Paris, France. Given his strong track record and global experiences, Rich assumed complete financial responsibility of a $60 million dollar operation and spearheaded growing the business within the innovative merchandising segment of its market. Consistent with his passion and commitment to entrepreneurial ventures, Rich earned his Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from Pepperdine University, and also holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Penn State University.


Marie Morales MBA - Senior Vice President of Marketing
Marketing for a financial services and advisory firm requires a different skill set than more mainstream marketing for consumer products or services. MindLab is privileged to have the expertise of Marie who has designed and implemented successful marketing campaigns for a variety of corporations. Her academic background started at Loyola Marymount University where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree majoring in marketing. Marie’s first professional experience landed her at SunAmerica in the marketing division. At this Fortune 500 financial service company Marie was able to design marketing campaigns, execute a client satisfaction program to increase client retention. She also, developed and crafted literature for marketing collateral materials utilized to spark potential client interest. After SunAmerica, Marie went on to join MediaRing.com, a corporate IP telephony business, where she was tasked with leading a marketing team to implement marketing strategies and plans to increase product awareness and boost sales potential. Marie also has a Masters of Business Administration degree from LMU with an emphasis in Marketing while holding a Real Estate Agent’s license.
